We welcome applications from businesses who wish to be food vendors at the Anzac Week Airshow.
Open 9am – 4pm on both Saturday 18th – Sunday 19th April, 2026, the Anzac Week Airshow allows vendors a fantastic opportunity to sell their products in the event precinct, located at the West Sale airport.
We are always looking for new and interesting food and beverage options that fit the flavour of our event!
With over 10,000 visitors expected to attend each day, the Anzac Week Airshow provides vendors with a great platform to sell their products to mass crowds. Plus, by booking a site at the event, vendors get to be among the classic cars, motorbikes and aircraft!
As the Anzac Week Airshow takes place over two days, vendors have the option of leaving their sites set up overnight with 24hr roving security throughout the precinct, so your site will be kept safe at all times. That way you’ll only need to set up once!

Power
No external generators are to be used at the Anzac Week Airshow. Failure to comply will result in your site being shut down for the duration of the festival and no refunds issued.
If you need power, you must clearly outline your requirements. There will be no power available on the weekend if you have not outlined your requirements.
